Little Red Hen's Coffeecake 2 sticks oleo/margerine 2 Cups sugar 2 Tsp vanilla 4 eggs 2 Cups sour cream 4 Cups flour 1/2 Tsp salt 2 Tsp baking soda 2 Tsp baking powder Filling: 3/4 Cup brown sugar 2 Tsp cinnamon 3/4 Cup chopped walnuts Cream together oleo, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs and mix well. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to egg/oleo mixture alternately with sour cream and mix well. Fill a greased bundt pan 1/2 full. Make a layer of filling. Add batter to within 1/2 inch of top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Use remaining batter to make 8-inch cake pan, layering as above. Filling: Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Sprinkle in center layer.
