Easy Beef Strogenoff 1 lb round steak 2 medium yellow onoins 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms 2 tbs olive oil 32 oz sour cream 2 tbs Wylers chicken boulion or equivelent 1 pkg Mullins wide egg noodles or equivelent 1/4 C sliced almonds Slice steak into 1/4 inch x 2 inch strips. Slice mushrooms and chop onions. Saute steak, onions and mushrooms in a large skillet with olive oil. Boil noodles according to directions on package. Combine sour cream with sauteed ingredients in skillet. Mix in chicken boulion and noodles in skillet. Transfer to a casserol dish. Top with sliced alomdns. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
